Service Description

Want to go to the beach without the hassle of setting up all the beach supplies? We will take care of everything for you, all you have to do is show up! You decide the place, you decide the time, and you decide the food! The Fun and Sun Package includes: • Gazebo • Chairs (up to 10) • Snorkel Masks (up to 10) • Beach Toys • Floaties (up to 5) • 2 Fun Floats • Cornhole Boards and Bean Bags • Volleyball • Football • Frisbee • Mesh bag (for shell collecting) • Sunscreen • Towels • Bluetooth radio • Silverware • Plates • Napkins • 1 Large Cooler • 1 Small Cooler • 24 pack of water bottles Lunch Option: We can also stock your cooler with sandwiches and drinks. Just email what you would like and we will go to the store for you (extra cost associated with lunch option). Email for details of lunch option. Details: • Our staff will come set up an area for you on your beach of choice (must be Manatee or Sarasota County Beach) • We will e-mail you exact location to meet morning of event. • Can book up to 10 hours of use between the hours of 9am and 7pm. • You can decide what hours are best for you. • Must have 2 hour window of notification if party decides to arrive or leave early. • If guest decides to leave early without staff present there could be a penalty fee up to $200. • Will arrange a meeting time and place prior to your event date. A meeting window of 1 hour will be set at that time. $1 charge per minute if guest is late past that 1 hour window (If time is set for 9am, guest must be present by 9am, if they are late, they could be charged $1 per minute late). • Full refund will be given to cancellations within 24 hours of event. • No refund if within 24 hours of event. • Once service is booked we will send an email on specific details.
